Licensing and Radio Frequencies Department
Department within its powers ensures implementation of the state policy on licensing of use of radio frequency resource of Ukraine and licensing of certain types of economic activity, efficient use of resources (radio frequency, numbering, ect.) in communications area, expending of telecommunications services volumes, ensuring equal conditions to obtain the necessary resource on transparent and non-discriminatory basis.
Department analyzes and summarizes the practice of application of legislation on the matter within its competence, elaborates proposals on improvement of this legislation and, according to set procedures, submits them for consideration of the National Commission for Communications Regulation of Ukraine.
