On organization and holding of the 2nd International Scientific Conference “Current Regulatory Issues in the Area of Telecommunications and Radio Frequency Resource Usage”

National Commission for Communications Regulation of Ukraine, recognizing the positive outcomes of the 1st International Scientific Conference “Current Regulatory Issues in the Area of Telecommunications and Radio Frequency Resource Usage”, the extension of partnership between regulatory bodies, scientists, experts and operators for implementation of international regulatory practices in the electronic communications industry
RESOLVED:

1. To hold the 2nd International Scientific Conference “Current Regulatory Issues in the Area of Telecommunications and Radio Frequency Resource Usage” (hereinafter - International Conference) in Kiev, Ukraine, in September - October 2012.

2. To form the National Organizational Committee of the International Conference until November 1, 2010.

3. To inform the International Telecommunication Union, the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC), Regional Commonwealth in the field of Communications about conducting the International Conference and invite their representatives to participate in the work of International Organizational Committee of the International Conference.

4. To publish the decision on the official website and in the Bulletin of the National Commission for Communications Regulation of Ukraine (official publication).
